Dave Diamonds career in music spans more than twenty years. A prolific singer/songwriter and session musician, Dave has recorded and performed as a solo artist, as well as with his own band, Pozzy Ghuru, and with other artists including BlowUpHollywood , Shannon McNally, members of the Allman Brothers and The Meters , Dispatch , and with Donna Jean & the Tricksters , Alan Semerdjian, The Jason Crosby Band, Zen Tricksters and others . A drummer first, Dave is a creative and versatile musician, being equally at home on guitar, bass and keyboards. When not in the studio producing the work of new artists, you can find Dave playing multi-layered textures on drums/percussion with indie singer/songwriters as well as playing free-form jazz/funk/experimental gigs with "pozzyghuru" and The Jason Crosby Band (of Robert Randolph and the Family Band) , Donna Jean & the Tricksters . Also performing some solo acoustic performances with his voice and guitar and some organic loop station based beats.
